Dosage: 26,46 oz. BASE for CHOCOLATE SORBET (cod.3309-US) + 35,27 oz. DARK CHOCOLATE VELVETIER 87% CONC.+ 7 oz. sugar + 7 oz. dextrose + 91,7 oz. hot water.

Mix the ingredients in hot water (80 °C). Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before freezing it.
